Czech manufacturer Crussis has presented a broad 2027 e-bike portfolio spanning more than 100 models, with the Avinox drive system fitted to over 80 of them. The first bikes are scheduled to reach dealers progressively from autumn 2026.
The expansion takes Avinox beyond performance-focused e-MTBs and into full-suspension bikes, SUV e-bikes, low-step SUV designs and comfort-oriented everyday models. In its highest-output configuration, the system is rated at up to 1,500 W and 150 Nm. Buyers will see 600 Wh and 800 Wh batteries, with Crussis claiming a maximum range of 157 kilometres depending on the model and conditions.
Battery packaging will vary across the range, with both fixed and removable designs. Models using the 800 Wh pack are set to receive Avinox’s two-inch DP100 OLED display, including USB-C charging at up to 65 W. Selected configurations will also support a 12 A fast charger.
Crussis is retaining Panasonic as a second drive-system supplier. New GXM-equipped bikes will pair a 110 Nm motor with either 800 Wh or 1,000 Wh batteries and Panasonic’s side-mounted Remote 801 display. The company has also revised cable integration and will use smoothed welds on aluminium frames from its Series 8 upward.
The scale of the rollout is notable: high-output drive systems are moving rapidly from specialist mountain bikes into practical SUV and touring categories, while large batteries and alternative frame formats remain central to the European market.
